The more savvy the client is on the web and what they want to achieve the lower the cost.

Agreement of scope for both the client and HWP. The agreement between the client and HWP is put in writing and signed by both parties before work begins. This is the basic working agreement and will be modified and updated as needed if the project is changed from its original vision.

The structure of the site is basically agreed upon from the initial meeting. A number of design choices will be made by the client and HWP. For consideration here is the initial design and tree structure. How the site works is also determined.

Content listed that is provided by client and turned over to HWP with a return time agreed upon. All other artwork services will be bid upon at this time. HWP can again show examples and come up with designs the client may use. This is an addendum for the contract and is not part of the Web Page Design process.

Schedule is drawn up and signed by both parties with the initial agreement. Schedule reviews will be written into the agreement and modified as agreed to by both parties.
